In any case, when I think of a Brazilian steakhouse, I think of Zed 451: dimly lit, romantic candles, dark wood, a lot of meat, a vegetarian's-dream-of-a-salad-bar, and delicious wine. Walking into Preto reminded me of of the Bahamas: bright, beach colors, light wood, a variety of meat, and a very sad-looking salad bar.
Since dinner wasn't a slam-dunk {serves us right for not being a little more adventurous with our "B" selection!}, we went to a local pub for dessert.
